Our Story

The batch brothers, Bo Winterburn and Max Reynolds, share a passion for quality meals made with love and joy. These two chefs met, while working at a local winery, by perfect circumstances here in Port Townsend, Washington. Together they have collaborated to create a new eatery and launch a sauce and condiment line. With hand selected ingredients from organic Washington State farms, bright flavors and vibrant styles compliment their collective cooking style to inaugurate this start up. Located at 887 East Park Avenue, Port Townsend, Washington 98368, the Batch Brothers will also be serving a full food menu complete with all handmade sauces. All sauces will be available on location at Lila’s Kitchen (887 East Park Ave., Port Townsend, WA) including some chef specials that aren't available online.
